REINO UNIDO
We DO NOT ship any Research Chemicals (RC) to the United Kingdom or to UK citizens, even if they reside outside of the UK.
Italy
Deliveries to Italy are the slowest in Europe, with shipping times ranging from 2 to 6 weeks.
We will not provide reshipments or refunds before 6 weeks have passed.
Scandinavian Countries (E-Juices, Drops, and Capsules)
In case of loss, seizure by customs, or other issues:
NO refunds or complaints will be accepted.
China, Southeast Asia, and Middle East Countries
We DO NOT ship any products to China, Southeast Asia, or Middle Eastern countries.
High-Risk Countries
We cannot guarantee delivery to the following countries:
Finland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belgium, Switzerland, and Italy.
If you choose to order, we recommend placing small orders only.
Important:
If you order a scheduled product and it is seized by customs, we are not responsible, and no complaints or refunds will be processed.
SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped every Monday after payment is confirmed.
Shipped via DHL or DPD with a tracking number from the Netherlands.
Delivery time: approximately 1 week across Europe.
Restrictions:
We DO NOT ship EU MEDS products to the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, or Switzerland.
EU MEDS products can only be shipped to European countries and domestic addresses.
No shipping to Pack Stations, Poste Restante, or PO Boxes.
Orders are shipped within 48-72 hours after payment is confirmed.
Shipped via EMS with a tracking number from India or Singapore.
Delivery time: approximately 2-3 weeks worldwide.
Nota:
We have three warehouses located in India and Singapore.
- If you order multiple products, they may ship separately from different locations.
- Shipping fees will be calculated for each shipment, and you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
If the required product is available via EU MEDS, we recommend ordering from there for faster and more reliable delivery.
Orders are shipped weekly via express mail without a tracking number from a low-risk European country.

- Pay any applicable duties or taxes.
- Allow time for inspections and resolve bureaucratic delays.
