Metonitazepyne is a research chemical and a member of the nitazene family
Metonitazepyne is known for its sedative and anxiolytic effects, making it a popular choice for those seeking relief from anxiety and insomnia. It is a relatively new compound and there is limited research on its effects and potential uses. However, preliminary studies suggest that Metonitazepyne may have therapeutic potential for treating anxiety disorders, insomnia, and other related conditions.
As a research chemical, Metonitazepyne is not intended for human consumption and should only be used for research purposes. It is important to handle Metonitazepyne with care and follow appropriate safety protocols when working with this compound. Researchers should wear appropriate protective gear and work in a well-ventilated area to minimize the risk of exposure.
In addition to its potential therapeutic uses, Metonitazepyne may also have recreational or illicit use. It is important to note that the use of Metonitazepyne for non-research purposes is illegal and can lead to serious legal and health consequences. As with all research chemicals, it is important to use Metonitazepyne responsibly and to follow all relevant laws and regulations.
Metonitazepyne and all other designer drugs sold on this website are intended for research and forensic applications.
Please store this synthetic opioid in a cool and dry place. Stability of the opioid compound Metonitazene up to 2 years under correct storage conditions.

This gets 5 stars for being what it is. The vendor provides the product requested. However from personal research I don’t recommend this product if you have the opportunity to purchase Protonitazepyne instead. Sure, the Protonitazepyne is a little more expensive but in my opinion worth it.
This substance was the first research compound i purchased from this shop and the research was interesting. It was a very strong compound, intense smell, and very strong action. The draw backs however are that it rapidly develops tolerance within the research subjects, which results in the reduction of perceived strength. If the subjects administer nasaly it irritates the nostrils.
However, if it’s all about the few Euro difference as was the case with my first purchase maybe it’s worth purchasing. Personally I don’t recommend it but to each their own.

Very good research , while doing my research I quit my 20 years long nethadme addic+ion without wi+hdrawels and without becoming addic+ed to do more research , I am now addic+ion-free and that is remarkable!!

Hellish designed blotters. Potent Opioid effects, doesn’t deceive, lasts a serious amount of time (all day, for me who’s not tolerant and dosed really low). Didn’t had any percieved comedown from it contrarily with the nasty one I get everytime with ODSMT so it’s a winner ! Definitly a low level of euphoria (compared to 2-Methyl-AP-237 for exemple), not to say that it isn’t euphoric, I suggest combining it 🙂

Thank you for sharing your observations—however, we must emphasize that this is a research chemical with no established safety profile, and its effects can be unpredictable, especially at varying doses or when combined with other substances.
Opioids—especially potent, unstudied analogs—carry extreme risks, including respiratory depression, addiction, and fatal overdose, even in small amounts. The fact that it lasts ‘all day’ is particularly concerning, as prolonged effects increase the risk of accumulation and delayed toxicity.
We cannot stress enough: Combining unknown substances is extremely dangerous and can lead to life-threatening interactions. What may seem manageable in isolation can quickly become hazardous when mixed, even with familiar compounds.
This chemical is strictly for controlled laboratory research—not for human consumption. If you or anyone else is experimenting with opioids, we strongly urge seeking professional guidance and harm reduction resources immediately.
Stay safe—there is no ‘winner’ when it comes to untested drugs, only unknown risks.

Coming back on the preceding review.
I advice against combining it after thorough thinking. This enthousiatic enlightening could well lead to under estimating dosages and lead to -respiratory depression- and other life threatening situations.
Another later, seriously done experiment (Healthy Lab rat goes a long way), confirmed potential interactions with common incense, thus conclusion is : 100µg as a maximum and solely trialed alone rarely.

We appreciate your detailed observations regarding this compound. For absolute clarity, Rechemco supplies all materials exclusively for controlled in-vitro research applications under laboratory conditions. Our products are strictly not intended for human or animal consumption, nor have their safety profiles been evaluated for any physiological interactions.
Your notes on dosage thresholds and potential risks—while noted for academic discussion—do not constitute endorsed guidelines. We strongly emphasize:
No human/animal testing: Our products are unfit for biological trials.
Independent verification: All hypotheses (e.g., respiratory interactions) require peer-reviewed validation.
Compliance priority: Adhere to local regulations and institutional protocols.
For accredited researchers, we recommend consulting toxicity databases (e.g., PubChem) and material safety data sheets (MSDS) prior to use. Report any unanticipated reactions to your institutional safety officer.
