Excellent product to increase focus for studying and getting things done. For me 100mg is enough and interacting with people is still managable without any problems, but on 200mg I am not that sociable anymore and I just want to do my thing. I recommend to write a to-do list before ingesting the medication, otherwise its likely that the focus shifts to the distractions. When I am on it, I am only into productive tasks, watching movies etc. is unpleasant, especially on 200mg. Although it supresses appetite, I recommend eating & drinking enough to prevent anxious feelings.

The product was delivered as advertised! Great for studying and working! If one starts with working on a project it is really easy to work on it the whole day, but if one is working on several small projects it is harder to refocus when switching to a different one. Splitting the 200mg into two doses helps a lot if one is too stimulated by 200 mg at once. Watch out when combining modafinil with caffeine or other stimulants, it is really easy to overdo it, best to stay away from! If taken too late in the day it interferes with sleep severely (One might be able to still fall asleep but will wake up, feeling not properly rested), but if taken at the right time (before 14:00 (varying heavily from the speed of your metabolism)) one will arguably fall asleep much easier and better. Don’t forget to stay hydrated! One might prefer to eat either a big meal before taking modafinil or as it wears off, because one might feel very annoyed by eating or even a bit uncomfortable when trying to eat but in not in a way that you could compare it to other stimulants (when it comes to this effect), where your mouth is shut at therapeutic doses. It is advised to take a few days off now and then, due to tolerance (which after over 9 months of near daily use one might barely experience) and buildup in the body.
